About us
TA Dialogues is a platform that brings together the various stakeholders of the Talent Acquisition Function to share knowledge, insights and reflections about the function.
Since our inception in 2016, we have been recognised and acknowledged as a platform that caters to stakeholders with an aim to be a reliable resource for the TA Function. This has allowed us to create a niche for ourselves thereby becoming India’s largest platform for the Talent Acquisition Function.
What we do
Events
Events are one of the key activities in TA Dialogues. In the past couple of years, we have had 20 events in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Hyderabad which were attended by more than 1000 TA Professionals.
Insights
We conduct and publish research & industry surveys along with an opportunity to gain knowledge and insights shared directly by the TA Leaders and Heads across India. We also bring together various stakeholders to enable a seamless flow of ideas and bring out the best of “Thought Leadership”.
Upskilling
We provide avenues through which the stakeholders of the Talent Acquisition Function can keep themselves abreast about what’s happening in the industry.

Where it all began
This initiative took form in 2016 as the brainchild of Vijay Kumar, CEO of Peepal Consulting. What started as a small gathering called the “Recruiters’ Breakfast Series” in 2016, has become the torch bearer for facilitating discussions around the present & future of the TA Function.
