Through this event, we hope to bring the Talent Acquisition fraternity together for regular catch-ups over breakfast. The event facilitates Recruiters, Talent Acquisition specialists, HR’s from the recruitment industry to connect and network together on various topics related to the recruitment industry. The event later evolved into TA Dialogues- India’s most active networking platform for TA professionals.

Individuals with lesser experience and exposure, even those who are 20 years younger are talking the same language as their superiors. Therefore, as recruiters we should strategist around such trends. The focus is now shifting from the sourcing side to the attraction side of recruitment.

Recruiters try their best to attract and on-board the right candidate but the minute they are offered something better by a fellow organization, you lose the war which you thought you had won while rolling out the offer. The war lies not only in attracting the candidate but also in RETAINING the talent we attract. Right person-Right culture is a commonly used term today.

Organizations that are agile will win the war for talent because they are competing across industries globally and not just with their competitors.
