Circle of Excellence Awards

Circle of Excellence (CoE) awards stand for displaying exceptional leadership through their involvement and impact in the industry. CoE is a platform that aims to recognize individuals/organizations who have consistently been game changers in the TA field.

Circle of Excellence awards was introduced in 2016. With each category, it has been growing in prestige and is one of the most popular and respected awards in TA.

The winners are awarded in the flagship event whose audience constitute of renowned people from the TA fraternity. The winners are also showcased on the TA Dialogues website, LinkedIn page and in the post event report/magazine of TA Dialogues.

Top 25 TA Leaders for Captives in Bangalore – 2016

The first category of CoE Awards was – “Top 25 TA Leaders for Captives in Bangalore – 2016”. This category of awards, which was held on 8th December 2016, recognized individuals who have consistently exemplified the attributes of being the best TA leader based on his/her experience, accomplishments and recognition in this field.

Process

The process of identifying the top 25 TA leaders, was through peer votes. Our research team designed a list of Top TA Leaders of captives in Bangalore. This list will be circulated to all the nominees who voted for the top 25, on his/her experience, accomplishments and recognition in this field. Based on the number of votes each received, the ones with maximum votes were awarded.

“She’s MAD on TA” – for Top 25 Women who have ‘Made A Difference’ in Talent Acquisition

The second category of COE awards was “She’s MAD on TA” – for Top 25 Women who have ‘Made A Difference’ in Talent Acquisition. The awardees were felicitated on 9th March 2017. This award recognized women in TA, who have consistently contributed and made a difference in this field.

Process

This was a month long process where nominations for this award were open to women who believe that they have made a significant impact on Talent Acquisition.
Post filtration of the nominated candidates on basic criteria like background verification (via social media), experience, companies worked in etc, the shortlisted individuals were given a questionnaire containing questions around personality traits, impact, innovation and awards or recognition in the TA world.

These forms were then shared with each Jury members – Prof Neharika (IIMA), Prof Ritu (IIMB) and Prof Gopal (IIMI) for their evaluation and ranking. The Top 25 were then be identified and awarded based on the collective ranking by all the Jury members.
